Then, once in an even greater moment, a person with such immense gifts puts them to use with extraordinary effect, all the while making great sacrifices for the good of many. Stephanie is a Licensed Social Worker and has prior experience auditing state funded substance use programs.

Curtis Carr
Backpack to School Bash Committee Chair Housto

Curtis Carr is a business leader with over 30 years of experience. He has worked diligently to develop leaders and turnaround businesses with a history of low morale, poor productivity, and descending dividends. In 1995 he established, E.L.E.V.A.T.E., a leadership company that teaches aggressive team building, vision, and the art of being effective. Within 2 years of the company’s inception, he received numerous achievement awards and best of all he was surrounded by enthusiastic, committed, and passionate people. He has left an indelible mark on the hearts of many people he has worked with. Curtis has shown that extraordinary results can be realized when the latent potential that exists in every human being is put on display.

Curtis has been actively involved with IMPACT Texas from its inception. He is the Backpack Committee Chair for Houston and volunteers at our Backpack to School Bash. Additionally, he is a dedicated sponsor for our Operation IMPACT solicitation campaign.
